Coinamatic has a live voice, multilingual call centre to help your residents and building managers. Our customer service representatives can answer questions, troubleshoot problems, generate refunds and initiate service calls.  Our phones are manned between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 7 days a week.  Alternatively, you can place a service call by completing our Online Service Request Form

If you experience a problem with a machine, we’ll be there to fix it. Coinamatic’s satellite-guided GPS service vehicles are ready to go with all the necessary parts to repair equipment on the spot. Additionally, we have a first-time fix rate of 97%!
